Q.	What's the difference between arigoPLEX® and Luminex assay?
A.	arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA kit is an ELISA-based immunoassay that allows for multiple detection of 4 or 8 factors simultaneously. Unlike Luminex which is useful to screen cytokines as much as possible,  arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA kit is designed to validate specific physiological effects by measuring the key cytokines and factors for inflammation, immune cell polarization, and cell therapy-mediated cytotoxicity, etc.
Q.	How many samples can be measured by arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA kit?
A.	The 4-in-1 kit includes 12 strips, each with 8 wells. Each well measures a single cytokine or factor, with 4 wells forming 1 set per sample, allowing 2 samples to be measured per strip. Except 2 sets for standards, up to 22 samples can be analyzed. The 8-in-1 kit also includes 12 strips, each with 8 wells. Each well measures a single cytokine or factor, with 8 wells forming 1 set per sample, allowing 1 samples to be measured per strip. Except 2 sets for standards, up to 10 samples can be analyzed. arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA kit is ideal for small scale experiments in laboratory.
