Neuroinflammation in PD: a Multiplex ELISA approach
Neuroinflammation in PD: a Multiplex ELISA approach
|
arigo is proud to announce that arigoPLEX® Inflammatory Cytokine Multiplex ELISA Kit was used to study Parkinson's disease (PD)-associated neuroinflammation and was cited in J Neuroinflammation. Kurniawan et al. examined the contribution of LRRK2-G2019S mutation to microglial neurotoxicity using PD patient-derived iPSC models. The authors used arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA Kit to analyze the inflammatory cytokines secreted by LRRK2-G2019S mutant microglia. They found that LRRK2-G2019S mutant microglia showed elevated TNF-α secretion, thereby driving neuroinflammation.
