Both chains are type I transmembrane proteins with short cytoplasmic domains. It is expressed on antigen-presenting cells and a variety of other cell types, and is also expressed by various tumors such as melanoma, gastric carcinoma, breast carcinoma, ovarian carcinoma, and lymphoma. |
