Inflammasome & Pyroptosis Antibody Panels are released

Pyroptosis is an inflammatory programmed cell death. It is induced by inflammasome which is a multiprotein complex assembled in response to pathogens. The inflammasome activates caspase-1 which then not only mediates the proteolytic maturation of inflammatory cytokines IL-1 beta and IL-18 but also induces pyroptosis.
