The encoded protein is a member of a family of proteins that negatively regulates mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase signaling, particularly during organogenesis. 生物功能 Tyrosine kinase substrate that inhibits growth-factor-mediated activation of MAP kinase (By similarity).
