| 背景介绍 | This gene encodes neutrophil cytosolic factor 2, the 67-kilodalton cytosolic subunit of the multi-protein NADPH oxidase complex found in neutrophils. This oxidase produces a burst of superoxide which is delivered to the lumen of the neutrophil phagosome. Mutations in this gene, as well as in other NADPH oxidase subunits, can result in chronic granulomatous disease, a disease that causes recurrent infections by catalase-positive organisms. Immunofluorescence: Formalin-fixed HeLa cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were stained with ARG66556 anti-NCF2 / p67phox antibody (red) in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4°C in a hidified chamber.

Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded Mouse heart tissue. Antigen Retrieval: Heat mediation was performed in Sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then stained with ARG66556 anti-NCF2 / p67phox antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
