PDZ domains mediate protein-protein interactions, and proteins with multiple PDZ domains often organize multimeric complexes at the plasma membrane. This protein localizes to tight junctions and to the apical membrane of epithelial cells. Immunofluorescence: Paraformaldehyde fixed A431 cells permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Cells were stained with ARG63419 anti-INADL / PATJ antibody (green) at 10 µg/ml dilution for 1 hour. DAPI (blue) for nuclear staining. Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (green) at 10 µg/ml dilution.
