| 背景介绍 | The protein encoded by this gene is a proinflammatory cytokine produced by activated T cells. This cytokine regulates the activities of NF-kappaB and mitogen-activated protein kinases. This cytokine can stimulate the expression of IL6 and cyclooxygenase-2 (PTGS2/COX-2), as well as enhance the production of nitric oxide (NO). Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded sections of Human breast invasive ductal carcinoma. The recommended ARG56697 anti-IL17 / IL17A antibody concentration is 0.125 µg/ml - 0.25 µg/ml with an overnight incubation at 4°C. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen. Antigen Retrieval: Boil tissue section in Sodium Citrate buffer (pH 6.0) followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
