The homeobox genes encode a highly conserved family of transcription factors that play an important role in morphogenesis in all multicellular organisms. Mammals possess four similar homeobox gene clusters, HOXA, HOXB, HOXC and HOXD, which are located on different chromosomes and consist of 9 to 11 genes arranged in tandem. This gene is one of several homeobox HOXC genes located in a cluster on chromosome 12. Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin-embedded Human breast tissue. Antigen Retrieval: Steam tissue section in Citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The tissue section was stained with ARG42185 anti-HOXC10 antibody at 5 µg/ml dilution followed by AP-staining.

Western blot: 35 µg of HepG2 cell lysate (in RIPA buffer) stained with ARG42185 anti-HOXC10 antibody at 1 µg/ml dilution and incubated at RT for 1 hour.
