Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin-embedded Mouse testis tissue. Antigen Retrieval: Heat mediated was performed in Citrate buffer (pH 6.0, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 min. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then stained with ARG59438 anti-FMN1 antibody at 1 µg/ml, overnight at 4°C.
