Sandwich ELISA (Capture antibody - Detection antibody): ARG43718 - ARG43720 allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hFGF-17. * The dilutions indicate recommended starting dilutions and the optimal dilutions or concentrations should be determined by the scientist. |

This protein is expressed during embryogenesis and in the adult cerebellum and cortex and may be essential for vascular growth and normal brain development.
