| 背景介绍 | This gene encodes one of two enzymes which catalyzes the final reaction in the synthesis of triglycerides in which diacylglycerol is covalently bound to long chain fatty acyl-CoAs. The encoded protein catalyzes this reaction at low concentrations of magnesium chloride while the other enzyme has high activity at high concentrations of magnesium chloride. Flow Cytometry: Paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa cells permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Cells were stained with ARG64152 anti-DGAT2 antibody (blue line) at 10 µg/ml dilution for 1 hour, followed by incubation with Alexa FluorR 488 labelled secondary antibody. IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line).
