| 产品描述 | Goat Polyclonal antibody recognizes Clostridium tetani Tetanus Toxin. This product recognizes tetanus toxin, also known as tentoxylysin, produced by the soil micro-organism Clostridium tetani. Infection by Clostridium tetani. results in its systemic growth and secretion of tetanus toxin which causes muscle spasms by inhibiting neurotransmitter release. This antibody also reacts with the C-fragment (~50 kDa carboxy terminal residues 865-1315) of tetanus toxin (Emsley et al. 2000). |
