应用说明	This antibody has been used successfully in Western blot assays (1:100 - 1:500 dilution) and in immunohistochemical identification DILUTION INSTRUCTIONS Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system. STORAGE AND STABILITY This antibody is stable for at least one (1) year at - 20°C to - 70°C. Store product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze - thaw cycles. REFERENCE Thompson ME et al. 1992. Endocrinology 131: 318 - 326. For in vitro investigational use only. Not for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures of chromogranin B (1:100 - 1:500) dilution). * The dilutions indicate recommended starting dilutions and the optimal dilutions or concentrations should be determined by the scientist.
