anti-CD240 antibody [BRIC69]

anti-CD240 antibody [BRIC69] for Flow cytometry,Immunoprecipitation and Human

概述

产品描述 Mouse Monoclonal antibody [BRIC69] recognizes CD240.
This product recognizes human CD240, also known as Rh30, RhD and RhCE. This product recognizes erythrocytes of normal Rh types but does not recognize Rhnull erythrocytes. This product reacts with 31 kDa and 35-52 kDa proteins which were designated CD240DCE at the 7th leucocyte typing workshop.

GeneID: 6006 Human RHCE

Swiss-port # P18577 Human Blood group Rh(CE) polypeptide

基因名称 RHCE
全名 Rh blood group, CcEe antigens
背景介绍 The Rh blood group system is the second most clinically significant of the blood groups, second only to ABO. It is also the most polymorphic of the blood groups, with variations due to deletions, gene conversions, and missense mutations. The Rh blood group includes this gene which encodes both the RhC and RhE antigens on a single polypeptide and a second gene which encodes the RhD protein. The classification of Rh-positive and Rh-negative individuals is determined by the presence or absence of the highly immunogenic RhD protein on the surface of erythrocytes. A mutation in this gene results in amorph-type Rh-null disease. Alternative splicing of this gene results in four transcript variants encoding four different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
