Western blot: HEK293 cells overexpressing Human BOB1 with DYKDDDDK tag. The blots were stained with ARG63236 anti-BOB1 antibody at 1 µg/ml dilution (A) and stained with anti-DYKDDDDK tag antibody at 1:3000 dilution (C). Mock-transfected HEK293 stained with ARG63236 anti-BOB1 antibody (B). All primary antibodies were incubated at RT for 1 hour.
