Immunoglobulin was detected with ARG21918 Goat anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (Biotin) (pre-adsorbed) and ARG21722 Goat anti-Rabbit IgM antibody (Biotin) (pre-adsorbed) followed by ARG23912 Streptavidin (HRP) and quantified.
