Immunoglobulin was detected with ARG21814 Mouse anti-Human IgG Fc antibody [JDC-10] (Biotin), ARG21805 Mouse anti-Human IgM antibody [SA-DA4] (Biotin), ARG21842 Mouse anti-Human IgA1 Fc antibody [B3506B4] (Biotin), ARG21848 Mouse anti-Human IgA2 Fc antibody [A9604D2] (Biotin), ARG21811 Mouse anti-Human IgD antibody [IADB6] (Biotin), and ARG21854 Mouse anti-Human IgE Fc antibody [B3102E8] (Biotin) followed by ARG23912 Streptavidin (HRP) and quantified.
