| 产品描述 | This is a ready-to-use IHC kit that employ HRP polymer technology to provide increased sensitivity and detection of antigens in samples. HRP polymer is conjugated to anti-Mouse / Rat IgG heavy and light chain and used as secondary antibodies in Immunohistochemistry or Immunocytochemistry experiments. This detection method greatly reduces high background generated in biotin/avidin systems and gives enhanced signals during color development using DAB substrate reagent. |
