| 产品描述 | ARG81385 Free Glycerol Assay Kit (Colorimetric) can be used to measure Free Glycerol in serum and plasma. Hydrogen peroxide
will be produced when the glycerol in samples or standards are phosphorylated and oxidized by the enzyme in the kit. And then, hydrogen peroxide
reacts with Colorimetric Probe and the color can be detected at OD 540-570nm. |
