ARG83600 Cytotoxicity Assay Kit
BJ-TERT cells seeded at 50,000 cells and culture for 24 hours. Cells were then treated without (left) and with (right) Saponin. To each cell population either Calcein AM (left) or EthD-1 (right) was added.
