ARG83599 Anoikis Assay Kit
BJ-TERT cells were seeded at 40,000 cells/well in Hydrogel-coated plate. Cells were allowed to culture for 24 hours. Cell viability was determined by MTT and Calcein AM, while anoikis-like cell death was stained with EthD-1.
