  • Cat. No: ARG62871 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Pig, NHuPrm
  • Application: FACS, IHC-Fr, WB
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-122 reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD47 (Integrin Associated Protein), a 50-55 kDa membrane adhesion molecule (thrombospondin receptor; immunoglobulin supergene family) expressed on leukocytes, platelets and erythrocytes. It is also expressed on epithelial cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts and many tumor cell lines.
HLDA VI; WS Code AS A051
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-CD5 antibody [CRIS1]
  • Cat. No: ARG62877 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: ELISA, FACS, IHC-Fr, IP, WB
  • Specificity: The clone CRIS1 reacts with the cell surface glycoprotein CD5, a 67kDa single-chain transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on mature T lymphocytes, most of thymocytes and B lymphocytes subset (B-1a lymphocytes).
    HLDA I; WS Code T 29
HLDA III; WS Code T 530
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-CD56 / NCAM antibody [MEM-188]
  • Cat. No: ARG62894 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, NHuPrm
  • Application: FACS, ICC/IF, IHC-P, IP
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-188 reacts with a 180 kDa isoform of CD56 (NCAM) expressed in leukocytes. It has been suggested that the antibody MEM-188 could react with rhesus monkey lymphocytes. Reactivity with other NCAM isoforms has not been tested.
    HLDA VI; WS code A055
    HLDA VI; WS Code NK26
    HLDA VII; WS code 70077
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-CD62L / L-Selectin antibody [IVA94]
  • Cat. No: ARG62908 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Bov
  • Application: FACS, ICC/IF, IP
  • Specificity: The clone IVA94 reacts with CD62L antigen (bovine). CD62L (L-selectin) is a 74-95 kDa single chain type I glycoprotein expressed on most peripheral blood B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes; it is also present on a subset of NK cells and certain hematopoietic malignant cells.
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-CD66e / CEA antibody [CB30]
  • Cat. No: ARG62915 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP
  • Specificity: The clone CB30 recognizes CD66e (CEA; 180-200 kDa), a cell surface bound carcinoembryonic antigen mainly expressed on epithelial cells.
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-CD9 antibody [MEM-61]
  • Cat. No: ARG62943 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS, IHC-P, WB, FuncSt, CyTOF®-candidate
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-61 recognizes an epitope on second extracellular domain (EC2) of CD9 antigen, a 24 kDa transmembrane protein expressed on platelets, monocytes, pre-B lymphocytes, granulocytes and activated T lymphocytes.
HLDA VI; WS Code P P-15

  • anti-CD9 antibody [EM-04]
  • Cat. No: ARG62948 (Rat mAb)
  • Reactivity: Ms
  • Application: FACS, ICC/IF, IP, WB
  • Specificity: The clone EM-04 recognizes CD9 antigen, a 24 kDa transmembrane protein expressed on platelets, monocytes, pre-B lymphocytes, granulocytes and activated T lymphocytes.
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-Cytokeratin 18 antibody [C-04] (Biotin)
  • Cat. No: ARG62972 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Ms, Rat, Mamm
  • Application: FACS, WB
  • Specificity: The clone C-04 reacts with Cytokeratin 18 (45 kDa), a member of intermediate filaments subfamily represented in epithelial tissues.
  • Conjugation: Biotin
  • anti-DDDDK tag antibody [F-tag-01]
  • Cat. No: ARG62986 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Other
  • Application: ICC/IF, WB
  • Specificity: The clone F-tag-01 recognizes DDDDK-tagged proteins in all species.
The small size of this tag and its high hydrophilicity decrease the probability of interference with its expression, proteolytic maturation, antigenicity, localization and function.
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-GFAP antibody [GF-02]
  • Cat. No: ARG62992 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Pig
  • Application: ICC/IF, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, WB
  • Specificity: The clone GF-02 exclusively reacts with intact GFAP molecules. GFAP is the principal marker of astroglial cells in the central nervous system; it is specifically expressed in satellite cells in peripheral ganglia and in non myelinating Schwann cells in peripheral nerves.
The GFAP protein runs on gels at ~55 kDa protein, usually associated with lower Mw bands which are thought to be proteolytic fragments and alternate transcripts from the single gene.
